Return Policy
Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our preserved foods, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened or are simply not to your personal taste. However, your satisfaction is our heritage.
Damaged Goods
If a jar arrives broken or the seal is compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damage. We will immediately ship a replacement at no cost to you.
